1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.velocitech.in and any quotation, order, product or service provided by Velocitech Electronics Private Limited (“Velocitech”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Where a signed agreement or accepted quotation contains specific terms, those terms prevail.
2. Services and quotations
- Quotations are based on the information and files you provide and are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.
- Component prices and lead times depend on market availability and may be revised before order confirmation.
- An order is confirmed only after written acceptance of the quotation and receipt of any agreed advance payment.
- Specifications on our website are indicative. Exact capabilities and tolerances are confirmed in each quotation.
3. Customer responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of design files, BOMs, specifications and approvals you provide.
- You confirm that you have the right to use and share any designs, software or intellectual property you send to us.
- You are responsible for your product’s compliance with the regulations and certifications that apply to its final use, unless we have expressly agreed in writing to take that on.
4. Pricing, payment and taxes
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are specified in each quotation. Typically, an advance is required for design work and material procurement, with the balance due before dispatch.
Late payments may delay work or delivery. Goods remain the property of Velocitech until paid for in full.
5. Intellectual property
Designs, files and source code created specifically for you become your property once the related invoices are paid in full. We keep the right to use our pre-existing know-how, tools, libraries and generic code modules.
All website content, including text, graphics, logos and code, belongs to Velocitech and may not be copied without permission.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other’s confidential information private and use it only for the project. This obligation survives completion of the project. A separate NDA can be signed on request.
7. Delivery and acceptance
Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on timely approvals, payments and component availability. Please inspect deliveries on receipt and report any visible damage or shortage within 3 days. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for details.
8. Warranty
We warrant that our assembly workmanship is free from defects for a period stated in the quotation (90 days from delivery unless otherwise agreed). This warranty covers the workmanship we perform, not design errors in customer-supplied designs, customer-consigned components, misuse, unauthorised modification or normal wear.
Our sole obligation under this warranty is to repair, rework or replace the affected items, or to refund the price paid for them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velocitech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
10. Website use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes. Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice.
11. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, supply-chain disruptions, strikes or transport failures.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
