1. Shipping
- We ship across India using reputed courier and logistics partners. Local pickup in Mumbai can be arranged on request.
- Dispatch timelines for stock products are normally 1 to 3 business days after payment. Custom PCBs, assemblies and development projects ship according to the timeline in your quotation.
- Shipping charges are shown in the quotation or invoice. Tracking details are shared once the order has been dispatched.
- Electronic assemblies are packed in ESD-safe, moisture-protective packaging.
2. Inspection on receipt
Please inspect the package and contents on delivery. Report any transit damage, shortages or wrong items within 3 days of receipt, with photos of the package and items, to info@velocitech.in.
3. Returns of standard products
Unused standard products (for example programmers, connectors and modules) in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective or not as described. Please contact us for a return authorisation before sending anything back.
The following cannot be returned: products that have been used, soldered, programmed or modified; ESD- or moisture-sensitive components whose sealed packaging has been opened; and products bought as clearance items.
4. Custom work
Custom PCBs, PCB assemblies, firmware, design services, 3D-printed and laser-cut parts are made to order and cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons. If an item does not meet the specifications we agreed, we will rework or replace it, or issue a refund, under the warranty in our Terms & Conditions.
5. Cancellations
Orders for stock products may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Custom orders may be cancelled before work begins. Once materials have been purchased or work has started, the costs incurred to date will be charged.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items, or after we approve the claim.
